Mark’s place is such a wonderful, clean, beautiful home. Everything was accurate as the booking described it. Mark was also such a great host, always checking in to see if everything is what I expected, along with making sure my other friends and family felt comfortable. Had a genuinely wonderful stay here. Myself and a couple of colleagues rented while out of town for work and had a very pleasant stay. The home was beautiful, exactly as described, and the service from the hosts was a standout. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved all of the thoughtfulness that went into each detail. Plush towels, pillows and comfy blankets. Some of the nicest I’ve seen in an Airbnb. They also have an Espresso machine that we really appreciated. Mark was very communicative and helpful in every way. We highly recommend this Airbnb for your South Bend stay.

This was hands down one of my favorite air b and b’s I’ve ever stayed in in Michigan, and we have stayed at well over 10. Setting was absolutely gorgeous with wildlife all around us. Really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub, too. Mark was an awesome host!! Super responsive and let us have a 2hr late check out which we really appreciated. 10/10 recommend!!

It was in a cute neighborhood, near a long walking path on the St Joseph River. They did a nice job fixing up a cute older home, we were very comfortable, and enjoyed our stay. It was close to lots of restaurants and the University so it was convenient and affordable.

Long driveway no close houses. Quiet place clean and stocked with anything you would have at your own house. Beds comfortable and the coolest cat I've ever seen outside the door when I get there each day. No place to put full trash bags outside. Not a big deal cause I just took them to the road where there is a trash can but if I did not have a truck that would be a problem.

This was our second time staying at the property and had another great experience. Mark was easy to communicate with and the house/location was great. Very clean, plenty of space, and a peaceful/quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s property. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, and the land surrounding the property was beautiful and very well maintained. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.
