No smoking or vaping, no illegal activity, we will not rent to proms, school groups or functions regardless of chaperone. Tampering with smoke detectors or security system will result in a $250 fine. Minimum age to book our listing is 24. No loud parties. No more than 10 guests at any time. Niles, Michigan locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party house. The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.
